CDStartBuilder offers you the ability to create auto-playable CD-ROMs forWindows, including the ability to launch an installer or other program, launch help documentation like HTML pages, PDFs, and other text files.

All you need is a splash screen, and you can also include your own CD-ROM icon.

On Windows an auto-playable CD-ROM is a CD which once inserted into the PC's CD drive will open and display a window giving you the option to launch an installer, display a Readme file, or browse the CD.

This tool helps create auto-playable CR-ROMs for the Windows. Launches an installer or other programs even html pages. Options are many. Selectively useful.
