ArcSoft PhotoStudio®Darkroom 1.5 Full Download
It is an exciting, new software application that focuses on non-destructive imaging processing for RAW, JPEG and TIFF image files. The program offers both professionals and hobbyists a complete set of enhancement tools and export options inside a thoughtfully-designed, professional user interface.
Built-in photo browser Import from camera or removable drive Non-destructive image processing Support for RAW, JPEG and TIFF files Broad RAW format support: Canon, Nikon, Panasonic, Adobe DNG, Sony, Kodak, Olympus, Sigma, Mamiya, Epson Lightning-fast thumbnail previews Exposure adjustment White balance adjustment Lens correction Curves and levels Crop and straighten Automatic redeye removal One-click Spot & Patch removal High-quality image output Batch export Support of the most popular color spaces Copy & Paste recipe Convert RAW to Adobe DNG Support for Windows
Built-In Photo Browser A new photo browser gives users lightning fast performance, multiple thumbnail views and enables users to easily view and select images for processing (RAW, JPEG, TIFF).
Import Photos from Camera or Removable Drive The program recognizes the connected camera or removable drive in real time, enabling you to quickly import all your photos
Non-destructive Image Editing All image adjustments are saved as a set of associated enhancement parameters (exposure, crop, white balance, color space, curves, levels, etc.), and never actually applied to the original image itself. This way, you can restore photos to their original ‘as shot' state at any time and export multiple versions of one photo using a variety of settings.
JPEG & TIFF Image Support The non-destructive RAW processing controls work for JPEG and TIFF images too – the original image files are not touched.
Broad RAW format support The program fully supports RAW file formats by Canon, Nikon, Panasonic, Adobe (DNG), Sony, Kodak, Olympus , Sigma, Mamiya and Epson.
Before and After View Mode To see how much your original image is being changed, the Before-After view mode shows the original version of the active image right next to the version you're currently working on.
Side-by-Side View Mode The Side-by-Side view mode displays two files on the screen at once – allowing you to carefully analyze each shot and find the best in the group.
Exposure Adjustment The Exposure panel provides a variety of options for finding the correct image exposure value including an auto-exposure button, a manual-adjust slider with a range of -4.00 to +4.00 and an exposure-select tool. Brightness & Contrast and Hue & Saturation sliders are provided as well.
White Balance The White Balance tool gives you a complete set of pre-defined options (daylight, tungsten, fluorescent, shade, etc.) and a custom tool that enables you to set the white balance yourself by defining ‘white' within the photo with a single click. Temperature and Tint sliders enable you to refine your color adjustments even further.
Lens Corrections To compensate for common hardware limitations, the lens correction tools fix issues such as purple fringe, vignetting, barrel distortion, pincushion distortion and perspective distortion.
Curves and Levels The Curves and Levels feature provides manual adjustment controls and pre-defined options (linear, medium contrast, strong contrast). Adjustments can be applied to the full image or the individual R, G, B channels.
Crop and Straighten Both of these controls offer real-time previews for the effect. You can crop an image to one of many pre-defined aspect ratios or use a custom shape. Using the Straighten slider instantly activates a grid overlay that helps you determine the best rotation setting for the image.
De-noise and Sharpen User-friendly slider controls remove chromatic and luminance noise and enable you to raise the level of sharpness.
Automatic Redeye Removal Like magic, the automatic redeye removal feature finds and fixes all instances of redeye in the photo allow with a single click.
One-click Spot & Patch Removal The Spot & Patch removal tool removes specs of dust and other unwanted lens or sensor imperfections with one click. It also works great on scars and other skin blemishes.
High-Quality Image Output Export processed RAW files as high-quality JPEG, or TIFF (24 or 48-bit).
Time-saving Batch Export Instead of having to export each processed image one-at-a-time, you can export them all in a single step. Renaming and reformatting the files to TIFF or JPEG is automated. You can even apply a recipe to each image during export – an easy way to enhance hundreds of photos in an instant.
Support for 6 color spaces Work in (and convert to): sRGB IEC61966-1, Adobe RGB (1998), Apple RGB, ColorMatch RGB, ProPhoto RGB and WideGamut RGB.
Color Adjustments This set of adjustment options include CMY, RGB and luminance controls for precisely enhancing color tone. The same split toning and luminance controls remain available in both Sepia and Black & White mode.
Recipes Once you've made modifications to a photo, you can save the parameters as a “recipe” and apply it to any other photo with a single click. You can also apply a recipe to an entire group of photos using the Batch Export feature.
One-click Copy & Paste Recipe This handy feature makes it easy for you to apply the modifications made to one photo to other photos in the photo bin.
Convert RAW to Adobe DNG Converts proprietary RAW image file formats into Adobe's standard RAW format for archiving.
Multiple Image Processing A Photo Bin below the main workspace gives you quick access to all your image files – allowing you to quickly move from file to file. All modifications made to your photos are reflected in real time on the thumbnails as you work but not saved until you choose to export.
Designed for Pros Whether you’re working with hundreds of images or just a small group, the program’s speed and professional workflow design makes for fast and efficient image processing. You can preview, compare, enhance and export a full collection of photos with complete ease.
