You are purchasing 1 year of support for the specified software.  This support consists of Email, Live Chat and Remote Assistance for communication and assistance.  The purpose of this support service is to provide you 24x7 access to a technician when you need it for entire year.  You dont know when you are going to need the support until its too late and in most cases you will end up spending up to 25 times more on having it serviced.
